Everyone knows I love a rustic wedding-they never get old! Maybe it’s because these”shabby chic” events seem to bring out the creativity in people. It could also be that the locations are my kind of beautiful. Kristen and Kyle started dating in high school (over 11 years ago!) and, other than one three month long break-up, have been together ever since. They have a sweet familiarity between them, and their differences balance together beautifully.
This was my first time at a very up-and-coming barn venue, Peacock Ridge. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint, especially at sunset! Brides and Grooms, if you are looking for a stunning rustic venue for your wedding, make sure to check this place out! The gorgeous florals were provided Cummings Florist. Although it was a sweltering night, DJ Donnie from On the Mic Entertainment kept the dance floor full and hopping all night long! AND (I know I’ll get questions about this), instead of a traditional cake, this fun couple opted for donuts! Peace, Love, and Little Donuts created tiny little masterpieces for each guest. So fun!
Photography was awesome. You captured the bride and groom’s personalities to a tee. What a day to remember. First barn wedding I have attended. They were happy, and my niece was so beautiful. Tears of joy to be there with them both. Kelly you are a very talented photographer. You captured it all perfect.
