It was a cold day in late 2011 when I sat across a young couple at Starbucks. They were engaged and meeting with me to talk about wedding photography. I was very inexperienced with weddings at the time, but it was my dream. While I laid out all of the information I had put together about pricing, albums, etc, they made the decision to trust me.
I cannot tell you how thankful I am that they did. I learned a lot on their wedding day. For example…always make a timeline and never wear heels! I also fell in love with weddings – everything about them.
Before long I started getting more and more calls from potential Brides, all coming from Gregg and Katie! As things tend to go, each wedding led to more weddings and I’ve been BLESSED to be fully booked each year for the past eight years! I continue to have couples call me who stem back to Katie and Gregg. Word of mouth is truly everything. I highly encourage you to be open about sharing your great experiences with people if you have one! Anyone who has planned a wedding knows how overwhelming it can be and to have a trusted friend give a recommendation is SO much better than anything you read online!
Catching up with Gregg and Katie this past weekend was wonderful! They have grown into beautiful family with adorable babies. Thank you both SO much for trusting me that day, guys! I am eternally grateful <3
